A plan of yearly revisions will be established and also the necessary budgets. It includes all the regular inspections, check ? up and preventive technical operations aimed at the prolongation of the life of the facility and at a reduction of stand-by periods due to failure.

Predictive maintenanceisperformed only the clients request it, following different events that occur in the rented space maintained by our company. Our response will be as promptly as possible.

Maintenance in case of emergency will be performed in the shortest time possible after our team has been notified.

Electrical system maintenance
